About Lauren Barry

As the Director of Clinical Services and Quality Assurance, Lauren oversees, leads, manages all of the clinical divisions. She guides our group of doctors on best practices and offers our patients the highest degree of therapeutic treatment.

Ms. Barry additionally supports, edits, and guides the direction of the written web materials for the We Level Up treatment clinics. She evaluates particular internet material for context, accuracy, authority, and relevance to the current topic, as well as for the reference to research and citations.

From main therapist to Clinical Director and beyond, Lauren has had a range of roles inside medical facilities handling mental health issues and drug misuse. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in family therapy, is a certified addiction professional, she is licensed as a marriage and family therapist in Florida, and also holds a family therapy license. Apart from her great enthusiasm for client service, Lauren is also very motivated and dedicated to support her team in both personally and professionally development.

Lauren also spends many hours creating clinical projects meant to increase our capacity to treat patients. Lauren has been dedicated to serving people and families impacted by addiction since 2013, when she started her master’s program in marriage and family therapy at Nova Southeastern University.

Personal statement from Lauren: Every client, in my opinion, is an authority on their own life, and I want to foster a collaborative environment with you to support you as you navigate challenging life transitions. I’ll walk by your side, offering a welcoming, accepting, and secure space in which you can process these life events. I have completed the Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2 and am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a focus on treating couples. I also have years of experience guiding individuals, families, and couples through problems like family conflict, low self-esteem, mental health issues, unresolved trauma, and substance abuse problems.
